I had a mostly enjoyable stay, with the location being a major highlight for me, just a short stroll from iconic sites like the Eiffel Tower. While the service was generally excellent, I did encounter some minor issues during my visit, particularly regarding room service and housekeeping. Overall, I appreciated the ambiance and personal touches, but I felt that some areas could improve for a smoother experience.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious, featuring a lovely roll top bath and a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. However, the housekeeping could have been better, as the tea and coffee supplies weren't restocked adequately and the cleanliness could use a bit more attention.
Service
8.0
The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Paul at reception, who was responsive to my needs. They made me feel important, but there were moments of confusion with service details that could have been clearer.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, situated on a quiet street that was easy to navigate on foot to major attractions like the Champs Élysées and the Eiffel Tower. It made my trip much more enjoyable to be close to the heart of Paris.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast offered a good variety, although I did experience some delays with service on my second morning. It didn't quite match the high standards set by other aspects of my stay, but it was still pleasant enough.
Facilities
7.0
The overall facilities were decent, but improvements could be made. For instance, I had issues with the wifi speed and the service wasn't as responsive as I'd hoped. The bar area was inviting, though.

I had a good experience at the Villa Marquis, with great staff and an excellent location near major attractions. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh and plentiful options each morning. However, the ongoing construction was quite disruptive during my stay, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I did encounter some issues with my room setup that required attention.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and spacious, but the layout had a couple of quirks, like two single beds pushed together instead of a king. This didn't contribute to the romantic feel I was hoping for.
Service
9.0
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering personalized services and quick responses to my requests, which made my stay enjoyable.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect for walking to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Élysées, allowing me to explore Paris easily on foot while still being in a quieter area.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast each morning was a treat, offering a variety of fresh, delicious options that set a wonderful tone for the day.
Facilities
7.0
While the hotel had an appealing boutique style, the construction noise and small elevators were a bit of a downside, especially when carrying luggage.

My stay at Villa Marquis was good, with an excellent location near major attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience nice. though the nearby construction was a bit of a nuisance in the mornings.

Rooms

The Grand Suite I booked was simply stunning, with a spacious layout and fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower. I did appreciate the thoughtful welcome drinks and chocolates, but the experience was somewhat marred by issues with room cleanliness that left a sour note at check-out.
Service
8.0
The staff were accommodating and friendly, especially Paul at reception, who was responsive to all my questions and ensured we felt welcomed. However, the breakfast staff lacked the same attentiveness at times, impacting my morning experience.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, positioned on a quiet street yet just a short walk from both the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower. I felt safe exploring the area, especially in the evenings, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had potential with a fresh selection, but the limited options and some service inconsistencies were a letdown. I expected more variety from a hotel of this caliber.
Facilities
8.0
I appreciated the attractive bar area for unwinding after a long day, and the housekeeping staff kept my room tidy, though there were some hiccups with replenishing supplies.

5.8/10

I had a fantastic five-night stay at Villa Marquis to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. The Grand Suite was simply stunning, boasting amazing views of the Eiffel Tower from its private balcony. The staff from check-in to check-out were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. My only downside was the breakfast selection, which could use a bit more variety to truly match the hotel's high standards.

Rooms
10.0
The Grand Suite was excellent and very spacious, featuring a separate dressing area and stunning bathroom with a roll-top tub. However, small tables and chairs took up space that could've been better utilized.
Service
10.0
The staff were pleasant and accommodating during my entire stay. Paul on reception was particularly helpful, answering all my questions and providing excellent recommendations.
Location
10.0
Location was excellent! Just a short walk to major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Champs Élysées, while being on a quiet street. It made getting around the city super easy.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, but I thought it could have used a wider variety of options to match the luxurious vibe of the hotel.
Facilities

The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi and a lovely bar atmosphere to unwind in, with attentive service.

The room was beautifully designed and spacious, though I faced some issues with housekeeping not consistently replenishing tea and coffee supplies.

The breakfast was a highlight with its variety and freshness. However, I did notice some smoke in the corridors from guests smoking in their rooms, which was a bit unpleasant.
